Just spent 3 nights in a Double Room. Constantino, our host, was super cute and full of great local tips. The room was clean with cool Italian wallpaper, and we walked to major attractions like the Ponte Vecchio easily. Lots of food options around made lunch easy. We'll be back for sure 😊

Property was little and nice, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
The king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was delightful and clean with very comfortable beds. Great location near the train station, that was handy. A market and an open market were right next door.

What a charming and spacious room! I loved the high ceilings and cozy sitting area. The breakfast was fantastic, but the noise level in the hotel was a bit much at times.

Location is excellent
On leaving the hotel we were pushed to pay with cash and told that for this 'special price' we had to pay with cash. It was only when I pulled out my Booked.net email that stated they took cc that I was allowed to proceed with Visa.

It is a family run hotel, really near the train station, almost next to a supermarket. We had good advice from the older brother on where to eat, buy bus-tickets, diections, etc. Most Italians we met spoke good English. The area is quiet, decent and safe, though it is a short walk off a busy street facing the railyway station. Lots of buses go there. We could walk to the Duomo in 15 mins. Breakfast was quite decent.
It was on the 2nd floor of a building. Many 3-star hotels in Florence were using parts of big buildings. We would have appreciated some signpost as we approached the lift on whether it can be used to get there. Because we were uncertain, my in-laws decided to carry their lugguage all the way up to the 2nd level. (They didn't even want to try). It will be a service to guests had it been made clear the ancient lift accesses the hotel directly. I had a little difficulty opening the lift door the first time, but we got used to it after that.

Really enjoyed spending my time in this immaculately clean friendly family run hotel. The rooms were beautiful with very comfortable beds, the staff were top-class and helpful. The location was excellent, close to an indoor market hall. Moreover, it's near to the main train station, the center of Florence, main tourist destination's, central market and train station-ideal location, and the museums. The food was good, had good choice of options.

The hotel is located near the train station, making it very accessible.
Unfortunately, my experience was quite frustrating. I found the room to be cramped and the furnishings were dated. I was disappointed by the limited TV channel options available, especially who prefer English programming.

We loved that the owner and his sons personally greeted us. The location is perfect, just a quick 5-minute walk to the santa maria novella train station. The twin room was spacious and our comfort was their priority.

The owner of the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. he took the trouble to help us feel at home and helped us decide where to go and where to eat. I was in Florence with my daughter and having this sort of guidance made all the difference to our visit. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was reasonably large clean and worked well. We had a great time and would use this hotel again.
Difficult to find anything, but if I was being picky the decoration in the rooms was a bit old fashioned.
